Alhamdulillah, it is so refreshing to see our Muslims Brothers and Sisters out there lending a hand and trying to give back to the community. Especially, since there are so many bigots out there who try to make all Muslims look bad. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to attend the event but our Brother Tariq Nelson was there and has some nice pictures on his blog covering the event.
Also, I believe Dar Al Hijrah is sponsoring a Walk for Autism on October 20th insha Allah so that is another event that we can look forward to attending.
